These terms of service, which may be amended at any time, set forth the terms of your use of www.okaam.com or “OKAAM”. Your access, use of, and/or subscription to OKAAM constitutes your agreement to be bound by, and comply with, these terms of service. If you do not agree to these terms, you should cease all use of this website immediately.

All content posted on OKAAM is solely the property of the website's owner- or “the Provider/The Provider/Provider”; collectively, “We/we/us”- and may not be reproduced, re-transmitted, recorded, displayed, forwarded, published, or copied, in any way, without the express written permission of the Provider. Any access that you have, as a user or subscriber, is solely your own. As a subscriber, you may not share your password with, or otherwise grant access to, any other individuals or entities, for any reason.

Use of and/or subscription to OKAAM constitutes an agreement to indemnify, defend and hold harmless OKAAM and the Provider from and against any and all liabilities, claims- including, but not limited to, third-party claims- damages, losses, costs (including any attorney fees), or other expenses associated with or in any way incurred as a result of or from:

• Failure to abide by these terms;
• Violation of the rights of any third party;
• Any actual or alleged infringement of any third-party proprietary or intellectual property right.

Use of and/or subscription to OKAAM constitutes an agreement to not hold OKAAM or the Provider responsible or liable- including to any third- party- for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, and/or punitive damages arising because of and/or in association with use of any part of OKAAM or related media, under any contract or agreement, for any lost profits, or any other loss, including monetary/economic loss or the loss of data, whether such damage is foreseeable or not.

Cancelation and refund policy

You may cancel your OKAAM subscription at any time through your My Profile page. Your subscription will then be canceled at the completion of the ongoing billing period, and no additional charges will be made after the receipt of the cancellation request.

OKAAM has a strict no refund policy. There is an abundance of free Write-up content for you to peruse, and an open sample monitor is pinned at the top of the Monitors page. Please make sure to familiarize yourself with OKAAM before committing to a subscription.
